Book a half day of private fishing, Fly fishing, Spinning and/or Trolling, accompanied by the best local guides who will take you on a semi-rigid in one of the lakes of your choice (Nahuel Huapi, Moreno or Gutiérrez). This excursion takes up to two fishermen per semi-rigid motor boat that has very good features for fishing in the lakes. On the lakes, you will sail and fish from the boat and also stopping to wade in the best fishing spots, inaccessible to most fishermen.

You will go to the river exit site, where our assistants will be waiting with the vehicle(s) and trailers, then change and return to their hotel or accommodation.
We provide all the necessary equipment for the activity: Waders, footwear, rods , reels, lines, flies or lures, etc

You will be picked up at your hotel by an expert guide to go to the embarkation point of the lake you chose. 
El Nahuel Huapi e s the largest lake important part of the National Park, giving its name to it. of huge size and depth, it has seven different arms, each with changing characteristics. It houses large trout, mainly Rainbows and Browns, and in smaller quantities, incredible Fontinalis. These large trout, although difficult to catch with a fly, They represent quite a challenge. We use motor boat to fish and explore this great lake in the Fly, Spinning or Trolling.

The Lago Gutiérrez< span lang="en-AR">: is located at 11 km from the city of Bariloche. This lake is a good option for fishing on windy days, due to its particular location and bays protected from the wind. It is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and is a excellent fishing, being able to catch Rainbow, Brown and Fontinalis. 

TheLago Moreno it is enabled for fishing throughout the year. It is located 16 km from the center of Bariloche and offers very good Rainbow and Fontinalis trout fishing. It is a wonderful place, being able to see magnificent residences on the coasts, with the majestic setting of the Andes Mountains

Arriving at the lake embarkation point, your guide will explain the fishing techniques that we propose for the excursion:  ;
  • Fly Fishing (or Fly fishing): It consists of throwing flies – “dressed” hooks –  which are imitations of insects, small fish , shrimp, etc., using a weighted line specifically designed for this purpose, using a certain precise technique. Without a doubt, this modality requires practice and dedication, just to get used to throwing. However, this type of fishing is becoming more popular every day around the world.
  • Spinning: This fishing technique consists of throwing and collecting artificial lures such as spoons, simulating the movement of a small organism in the water, which the voracious trout attacks, if we manage to trick it. 
  • Trolling: The Nahuel Huapi National Park has many paradisiacal lakes where you can practice this type of fishing. We drag artificial lures at slow speed from the motor boat while we enjoy spectacular landscapes.
Then, the excursion will begin, sailing on Lake Nahuel Huapi, Moreno or Gutiérrez and fishing with the technique chosen by you.  ;
You will continue floating and fishing during the morning or afternoon, depending on the option chosen,  in the best places that the lakes can offer. 
Always accompanied by your guide , you will learn the history of the San Carlos de Bariloche region and the best options for fishing and fish that live in the region. 
After 12 km of travel, your guide will take you to the departure site. from the lake, where you will be received with the cars to take you back to your hotel. 

Fishing Season
The fishing season begins each year on November 1 and ends on April 30 within the Nahuel Huapi National Park, Northern Patagonia.  However, for fishing out of season, the Nahuel Huapi, Gutierrez and Mascardi lakes are open during the entire months of May and October. Lake Moreno is enabled for fishing in all three modalities throughout the year, so we practice fishing there during the winter.
