09:30 am: Our journey commences at the Monument of the Liberator José de San Martín (Plaza San Martín) as we embark on a full-day tour through Argentina's gaucho heartland.
10:00 am: Departing from the Retiro Bus Terminal, we head to San Antonio de Areco by bus, enjoying a delightful 2-hour ride through the northern province, passing picturesque farms and the expansive pampas.

12:00 pm: Upon arrival, we proceed to Estancia El Ombú, where a warm reception with traditional Argentine empanadas awaits us. The estancia staff and local gauchos will showcase their impressive ranching skills through a live rodeo, ring races, and herding demonstrations.After witnessing these remarkable displays, we'll explore the ranch on horseback.
13:00 pm: During lunch, immerse yourself in the vibrant gaucho culture with a music and dance show. Enjoy a traditional gaucho feast featuring asado, chicken, ribs, and more.
14:30 pm: Post-lunch, engage in various activities at Estancia El Ombú. Experience the tranquility of the pampas with horseback riding or sulky rides. For a deeper country experience, take leisurely walks around the ranch. Enjoy facilities like a large swimming pool, ping pong tables, and options for soccer, volleyball, and bicycle tours.
17:00 pm We depart the ranch and tour the town, visiting Plaza Ruiz de Arellano de Areco, named after the rancher who founded the town in 1728, to delve into its rich history.
18:30 pm: We begin our transfer to the San Antonio de Areco bus terminal for our return journey to Buenos Aires.
21:00 pm: Concluding our tour, we arrive back at the Retiro terminal and end our day at Plaza San Martín.
