This dinner show is hosted in a historic building dating back to the late 18th century, serving as a tango house since 1969. It retains its original charm and is steeped in memories and tales of notable figures who have visited this iconic tango establishment.
07:15 pm: Pick-up from your hotel in Palermo (Soho, Hollywood, Botanico).
07:30 - 08:00 pm: Pick-up from your Downtown Hotel, Recoleta, Congreso to head to El Viejo Almacén.
08:00 pm: The gourmet dinner begins in the stunning rooms of the restaurant. Savor an exquisite three-course menu, paired with renowned Argentine wines. El Viejo Almacén offers two menu options: the traditional selection and a VIP choice with more sophisticated dishes.
10:00 pm: After the sumptuous dinner, the tango show at El Viejo Almacén commences. We will cross the quaint Balcarce Street to a cozy, intimate theater to enjoy the performance.
The show starts with a brief video on the history of tango, setting the stage for the awe-inspiring performances by an orchestral sextet, four dance pairs, and two prominent Argentine tango singers, Hugo Marcel and Roxana Fontan.
