On this private tour, we will pick you up at your central hotel in the City of Córdoba to start this adventure.
We will head towards the Valley of Calamuchita to learn about the origins of thewine industry in the province of Córdoba.
The Calamuchita Valley is located in the center of the province and stands out for combining good gastronomy, mountain landscape and a b>Central European architecture influenced by the arrival of immigrants. It is an ideal destination for nature tourism but with this tour you will have the opportunity to get to know it from another perspective.
Along the tour we will visit 2 wineries. The first of them is the Famiglia Furfaro winery, recognized for the distinction of its wines as it has a very careful production process where they use the latest technology and is continually controlled by specialists. The area where it is located is free of agrochemicals, therefore, healthier and more natural wines are made.
Finally, we will go to Finca Vista Grande, which has a very interesting origin since it started as a small vineyard and due to its great repertoire, ended up getting involved in the productive field. It is characterized by taking care of every part of the process and we will see that reflected when tasting the wine.
In all cases, we will be welcomed by professional guides or even by the owners of the wineries who They will tell us about its history and the processes used for the harvest of the vine and the production of wine. During the one-hour tour, we will visit the vineyards and the factory.
Around noon you will have < b>free time for lunch (lunch not included) and you can choose whether to eat at one of the restaurants in the area or bring your own food.
It should be noted that wine production in Córdoba is in a stage of development and its charm is that it has boutique wineries and not so industrial ones, striking for their artisanal production and family care, achieving a unique and exclusive experience.
