Our adventure begins with picking up travelers from our chosen hotels, heading towards the southern part of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. We'll journey along the National Route No. 40, offering breathtaking views and glimpses of the Gutierrez and Mascardi Lakes along the way.
Upon entering the National Park, we'll traverse a verdant Coihues forest, characteristic of this region, as we circle around Lake Mascardi. Midway, we pause for a scenic hike through the enchanting woods.
Following our brief walk, we take a break to replenish our energy with a delightful lunch. This experience is truly special, not only because of the delectable dishes, but also because the meal is enjoyed amidst the woods, beside the shores of Lake Mascardi.
Next, we venture through the Manso River valley, reaching the base of Mount Tronador, where the highlight of our journey awaits: the Black Ventisquero. Known as the Black Glacier, it is distinguished by the unique dark hue imparted by sediments, setting it apart from other glaciers.
