9:30 am: We will pick you up from downtown hotels. Our journey begins as we set off in a comfortable bus, joined by a knowledgeable guide, heading towards Capilla de Señor, the home of the Estancia. Experience the vastness of the Argentine countryside and the warm hospitality of the gauchos who will be your hosts throughout the day.
11:00 am: Don Silvano staff will greet us at the estancia with traditional and delicious Argentine empanadas, complemented by excellent wine and juices.
11:30 am - 1:00 pm: This is your opportunity to explore the facilities of this remarkable Estancia. The 1930 house, a reflection of Victorian style, serves as the Casco of the Estancia. With 380 hectares in total, the Don Silvano Ranch offers a lot to discover. Visit their bakery, the museum, or take part in milking the cows alongside local gauchos.
Enjoy a delightful horseback ride, or a tour by carriage or tractor to view the estancia from a unique perspective. No prior experience is necessary for the ride, as it is a brief group tour with gentle and well-trained horses.
01:00 pm - 03:00 pm: Delight in a traditional Argentine barbecue while being entertained by a full and lively folk dance show during lunch. Experience rhythms such as the zamba, cat, chacarera, malambo, malambo with boleadoras, dance with spears, boleadoras show, chamamé, and tango. Be sure to join in on the dance or take a tango class!
03:30 pm: Prepare to be amazed by the demonstration of top Creole skills including the ring race, horse gentleness, and herd shaking.
04:30 pm: Estancia Don Silvano will treat us to a delightful traditional country snack: cooked mate with cakes and fried cakes.
05:00 pm: After a fantastic day filled with activities, we will return by bus to your downtown hotel.
