You'll be picked up from your hotel by a comfortable bus, and we'll journey across Costanera Avenue, offering one of the most stunning views of the Río de la Plata. Our first stop will be in San Isidro City, where our guides will lead you to the charming San Isidro Cathedral and the renowned mansions once inhabited by noble families. After this, you'll board the bus again to continue to Tigre.
In Tigre, enjoy a 40-minute boat ride through the Delta. Marvel at the picturesque rivers and streams that form numerous islands. You'll pass by the Sarmiento Museum-House, once home to the ex-president, and observe the unique local lifestyle where boats serve as cars, aquatic taxis abound, and homes are distinctively designed for floating life.
Once the boat ride concludes, you'll be transported to the port to board the bus back to Buenos Aires.
Your day doesn't end here! You'll have the afternoon free to prepare for an enchanting Buenos Aires night.
At around 8 pm, we'll collect you from your hotel and head to San Telmo, the city's oldest neighborhood and the birthplace of tango. We'll arrive at a historic conventillo, now a theater-restaurant, to spend an unforgettable evening at La Ventana.
You'll be seated at your table to relish a delicious dinner. The menu features gourmet dishes both national and international, from which you can choose (menu details are at the page's end).
The tango show kicks off at 10 pm. Live music will be delivered by prestigious tango orchestras, complemented by a group performing Argentine folk music. Four couples will captivate you on stage with their precision and sensuality.
The show also offers a live performance of indigenous music and an insight into gaucho culture through an impressive bolero demonstration, traditionally used in cattle work.
To wrap up the special night, La Ventana presents an emotional tribute to Eva Perón through a song from the renowned musical. It's a moment you won't soon forget.
After the show concludes, around midnight, we'll provide a transfer back to your selected hotels.
