Next, we head to the Colonia Caroya Ranch, the first rural establishment founded by the Society of Jesus in 1616, where we will stay for around an hour. Here, we will explore the museum, whose exhibits offer insights into the Jesuit Legacy, its operation as the "First White Arms Factory," and the significant Italian influence.
After spending time at this estancia, we proceed to Jesús María, a land rich in heritage, culture, and history, and one of the province's most important cities.
During our panoramic tour, we'll pass through the countryside where the Taming and Folklore Festival of Argentina is held each January.
