Starting at 9:00 am, we will collect you from your hotel and embark on a journey to the northwest of Córdoba. Our route will take us along a winding road through the sierras, running parallel to both the Tren de las Sierras railroad and the Suquía River, until we reach the Dique San Roque Wall.
After crossing the wall, we will find ourselves surrounded by the Sierras Chicas mountain range.
The tour features a visit to the city of Cosquín, renowned for the Cosquín River and the National Folklore Festival, and abundant in cultural and natural attractions. Here, you will have the opportunity for a brief descent.
Next, we will head to La Falda for a panoramic tour, taking in its majestic mountain scenery and exploring its natural corners, local festivals, religious sites, and historical landmarks. A notable highlight of this city is the Hotel Eden, where we will stop to capture photos and have a short discussion about its history.
Our journey will also include a visit to La Cumbre, where we will enjoy a panoramic city tour. This town, the highest in the entire Punilla Valley, boasts an ideal climate for year-round visits and is distinguished by its charming European-style houses.
Upon reaching Los Cocos, also known as the "Balcony of Punilla", we will make a one-hour stop, giving you free time to explore this area that combines mountainous landscapes, parks, and outdoor activities. You will have the OPTION to ride the "Aerosilla de Los Cocos" (not included) or visit the "Paseo El Descanso".
By around 13:00, we will proceed to Capilla del Monte, famed for its spiritual energy, UFO lore, and mineral wealth. In this city, you can enjoy lunch (not included) and embark on a tour to explore the vast natural beauty of the Punilla Valley. Key attractions include the roofed street, main square, the "Zapato," and the El Cajón Dam, where we will stop to take photographs.
During these 10 hours, we will travel about 100 kilometers, experiencing the intersection of landscapes, culture, and nature at every turn in the Valley.
Finally, we will return to the city via the "Camino del Cuadrado" and drop you off at your downtown hotel.
