A private vehicle will be ready at your hotel entrance starting at 8:45 am to take you to Valle de Uco. Upon reaching the Vista Flores district, your host guide will warmly welcome you.
Clos de los Siete is an ambitious venture by French winemakers Michel Rolland and Jean-Michel Arcaute. In 1988, they convinced five renowned French winemakers with Bacchus ties to produce wines in Argentina. After collaborating with some of the nation's top wineries, Michel Rolland recognized Argentina's immense potential for crafting high-quality wines. In 1999, he and his partners launched the Clos de los Siete project in the heart of the Uco Valley.
Your visit will include two of the project's wineries, where you'll uncover the art of wine blending. Premium tastings will let you savor the complexity and character of each variety. Typically, this includes Malbec—the primary blend component—along with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot.
To enhance your experience at Clos de los Siete, the third winery visit will feature a lunch that harmonizes all the renowned flavors and aromas, accompanied by an unforgettable view.
At the conclusion of your day, around 6:00 PM, you will be transported back to your hotel.
