Our adventure kicks off at 8:00 a.m. with a pick-up service from the downtown hotels in Mendoza province, as we set out towards Gualtallary, home to the Domaine Bousquet Winery. This winery is renowned as the most organic in the world, nestled in the Andes Mountains.
At this venue, we will sample wines from the underground cellar and indulge in gourmet tastings featuring varieties like Premium Pinot Grigio, Premium Rosé, Premium Sauvignon Blanc, Premium Chardonnay Torrontés, and Premium Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with chocolate. You'll have the chance to feel like a winemaker while enjoying the breathtaking mountain scenery.
By midday, we will visit the Andeluna Winery, a prominent establishment in the region, acclaimed for its superb gastronomic offerings and top-quality wines. It is set within the stunning Andes Mountain landscape, at the base of the Tupungato Volcano. Here, you can relish a delectable three-course lunch, perfectly paired with its renowned wines including Andeluna 1300 Sauvignon Blanc, Andeluna 1300 Chardonnay, and Andeluna Altitud Malbec.
Post-lunch, our journey leads us to the Salentein Winery, situated in the heart of the Uco Valley. The winery features a unique two-level design that converges in a central chamber resembling an "amphitheater". It's celebrated for its architecture, artistic offerings, and its culinary and hospitality experiences, not to mention its high-altitude wines. Here, as with the other visits, you'll savor exceptional wines including Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.
Finally, after nearly 9 hours of exploration, we will return to Mendoza's center and ensure your drop-off at your centrally located hotel.
