The duration and itinerary of the tour package vary depending on the season and the option selected (half-day trips, full-day trips, or 2- to 3-day programs). Activities generally begin in the morning, with transfers from your hotel in Bariloche and return in the afternoon. The itinerary explores iconic Patagonian landscapes: Andean-Patagonian forests, mountain viewpoints, and areas of Nahuel Huapi National Park, combining adventure and contemplative activities. Due to weather or safety concerns, the order of visits may be adjusted on the day of the tour. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive exact times, meeting points, and a detailed schedule.

This is an adventure excursion with a low to moderate difficulty level, suitable for travelers with basic fitness and a desire to enjoy outdoor activities. Some options may require walking on uneven trails, gentle inclines, or standing for extended periods. Minimum age and any restrictions (pregnancy, recent injuries, heart conditions) vary depending on the activity and will be communicated upon booking. The tour operator provides helmets or other appropriate equipment when necessary and prioritizes safety. We recommend informing the tour operator of any medical conditions, purchasing travel insurance, and inquiring about adapted or family-friendly options. The guides adjust the pace of the group.

The Patagonian weather is changeable, so it's best to dress in layers: a technical t-shirt, a fleece jacket, and a waterproof/windproof jacket. Add comfortable pants, hiking boots with good traction, a hat, gloves in winter, sunscreen, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, and small snacks. Bring your ID, money for expenses not included in the tour, and a camera. In spring and summer, the days are mild and outdoor activities take place over longer; in autumn and winter, there can be snow, cold, and wind, and excursions are adapted to the season. Check the forecast before the tour and always follow the guide's recommendations to enjoy the experience.

Tour prices may vary depending on peak or off-peak season, availability, and package type (with or without accommodation). Advance booking is recommended to secure your spot and get the best prices. Standard payment methods are accepted (credit card, bank transfer, or local options), and in some cases, a deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
