At the southern end of the Canal de los Témpanos, the boat maintains a safe distance from the glacier, traveling its entire length and providing a unique perspective of the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier and its continuous calving into Lago Rico.

Following breakfast, you'll be picked up from your hotel to head to Puerto Punta Bandera, located 47km from El Calafate, to embark on our excursion.
Once at the port, you'll board our comfortable boats. The All Glaciers tour begins by sailing the North Arm of Lake Argentino, crossing the Boca del Diablo, and heading towards the Upsala Channel to marvel at the experience of navigating among icebergs, some of which are quite large, detached from the Upsala Glacier.
Next, we sail towards the Spegazzini Canal, offering unique views of breathtaking hanging glaciers such as the Dry Glacier, Heim Glacier Sur, and the Peineta Glacier, setting the stage for the grand spectacle: the magnificent Spegazzini Glacier, the tallest at over 135 meters.
To top off the experience, we'll disembark at Base Spegazzini, directly facing the glacier, to enjoy the modern Refugio Spegazzini, equipped with all the services needed for a unique day with dazzling panoramic views. You can optionally savor exquisite regional dishes catering to all tastes.
After this free time, the excursion concludes back at the port, from where we return to El Calafate.

We recommend reviewing the final details of included and excluded services before confirming your booking.

The typical itinerary for this combined trip to Argentina lasts between 5 and 7 days, with 2-3 nights in Buenos Aires and 2-3 nights in El Calafate. Day 1: Arrival in Buenos Aires, transfer, and free time. Day 2: City tour of iconic neighborhoods (La Boca, San Telmo, Recoleta, Palermo) and, optionally, a tango show. Day 3: Flight to El Calafate and free afternoon. Day 4: Excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier with walkways and optional boat trip. Day 5: Optional activities (Glaciarium, Patagonian ranch, mini-trekking) and return. The sequence may vary depending on flight schedules, hotel availability, and season. Please request the updated itinerary at the time of booking.

The best time for this excursion is from October to April (spring-summer), when the days are longer and there are more tourist activities available. In Buenos Aires, the climate is temperate and humid, with temperatures of 20-30°C in summer. In El Calafate, the Patagonian climate is colder and windier: even in summer, it's advisable to dress warmly; in winter (June-August), there are frosts and possible snowfalls, with fewer flights. The Perito Moreno Glacier can be visited year-round. The low season offers fewer tourists and sometimes better prices. Check the forecast and conditions for Los Glaciares National Park before your travel date.

To fully enjoy this tour, we recommend dressing in layers, including a waterproof and windproof jacket, hat, gloves, sunglasses with UV protection, and sunscreen. Wear comfortable, waterproof hiking boots for the glacier walkways, and bring a small backpack and reusable water bottle. The physical level is moderate: you'll be walking on walkways and stairs. Those participating in the mini-trekking or adventure options should be in good physical condition and comply with the operator's age/health restrictions. Some areas offer partial accessibility, but there may be uneven terrain. Bring cash in pesos for entrance fees, tips, and other expenses not included, as well as travel insurance.

Booking, payment, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the agency and suppliers (hotels, airlines). A deposit is usually required to confirm your booking, with the balance due a few days before departure. Date changes are subject to availability and potential fare differences. Cancellations typically incur penalties that vary depending on how far in advance you cancel; airfare and certain services (such as entrance fees to Los Glaciares National Park) may be non-refundable. We advise you to purchase travel and cancellation insurance. Keep your valid identification (ID or passport) and check health requirements. In Patagonia, weather conditions may force rescheduling for safety reasons.
