Frequently Asked Questions

This luxury tour in Argentina typically includes premium accommodations (4/5-star hotels), breakfast, private airport-hotel-airport transfers, domestic flights between Buenos Aires and Iguazu, a city tour of Buenos Aires (San Telmo, La Boca, Recoleta, Puerto Madero), and guided visits to Iguazu National Park on the Argentinian side, with the option to extend to the Brazilian side. It often includes entrance fees, a Spanish/English-speaking guide, and assistance throughout the trip. It generally does not include international flights, meals not mentioned, gratuities, or personal expenses. For a truly personalized experience, please request a detailed itinerary, confirmed times, room upgrades, gourmet experiences, and airline baggage policies.

The tour package typically lasts between 4 and 6 days. It generally begins with 2 or 3 nights in Buenos Aires: a panoramic city tour of iconic neighborhoods, free time to enjoy Buenos Aires cuisine, and, optionally, a tango dinner show. Then, a flight to Puerto Iguazú for 2 or 3 nights: a tour of Iguazú National Park (Upper and Lower Circuits, Devil's Throat) and, if desired, a crossing to the Brazilian side for panoramic views. Premium experience options are available, such as the Gran Aventura boat trip, spa treatments at a luxury hotel, and gourmet dinners. Please review the order of activities, domestic flight schedules, and free time before confirming.

For the Argentinian side of the Falls, a valid document according to your nationality is sufficient (passport or national ID for Argentinians). If you plan to visit the Brazilian side (Foz do Iguaçu), check in advance whether your country requires a visa for Brazil and the validity of your passport. The yellow fever vaccine is recommended by health authorities for the subtropical zone, although it is not always mandatory; consult your doctor and bring a certificate if applicable. It is advisable to purchase travel insurance with medical and cancellation coverage. Check border crossing times, updated immigration requirements, and policies for minors. Bring local currency and a credit/debit card.

This destination is ideal year-round. In Iguazu, the climate is subtropical: from October to March it's hot and humid, with rain and high water levels at the falls (making for the most impressive scenery). From April to September, the weather is milder, with lower humidity and fewer mosquitoes. In Buenos Aires, spring (September-November) and autumn (March-May) offer pleasant weather for city tours and urban excursions. High season: holidays and vacations; you'll find more visitors and higher prices. If you're looking for a balance between weather and crowds, aim for the shoulder months. Check the forecast, Iguazu River levels, and local events before booking.

To fully enjoy your Iguazu Falls tour, pack lightweight, quick-drying clothing, non-slip shoes or hiking boots, a raincoat/poncho, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle. A waterproof case for your phone or camera is very useful due to the spray. In Buenos Aires, enjoy a comfortable urban experience; in the evening, dress smart casually for dinners or a tango show. Have cash in pesos for small expenses and credit cards for larger payments. Respect the trails and wildlife of the National Park. Activities such as speedboat rides may not be suitable for pregnant women or those with back problems. Purchase travel insurance and check cancellation policies.
