City Tour Landscapes And Delights

Our tour begins along Maipú Avenue, where we’ll explore Ushuaia’s historical and architectural attractions, including the Paseo de las Rosas (Rose Promenade), historic houses celebrated for their heritage and design, Plaza de las Banderas (Flag Square), and Misión Baja (Lower Mission). We’ll then make our first panoramic stop at the Mirador Bahía Encerrada (Enclosed Bay Lookout) to take in beautiful views of Ushuaia and its surroundings.

📸 Luis Pedro Fique Footbridge and Ushuaia Sign

We’ll continue across the Luis Pedro Fique Footbridge, enjoying a scenic walk before reaching the Ushuaia sign, where we’ll have time to take photographs. The tour will then follow the city’s main street, passing the Naval Base, the Old Prison, the Repeat Offenders’ Prison, and the Maritime Museum.

🏔️ Martial Glacier Reserve

Next, we’ll follow a mountain road to Cerro Martial, where we’ll take a chairlift for approximately 45 minutes while enjoying breathtaking views of Ushuaia. Upon arrival, we can savor a coffee or hot chocolate as we admire the mountain scenery crowned by the Martial Glacier.

🍰 Snack time overlooking the Beagle Channel

To bring the experience to an end, we’ll enjoy a tasting of two cakes accompanied by a hot infusion, with views of the shores of the Beagle Channel. We’ll also have the opportunity to visit the beach and take in the surrounding scenery.
