Embark on an unforgettable adventure with our trekking tour at Cerro Cortéz in Ushuaia. This journey begins with a hotel pick-up at 9 am, leading you to the mesmerizing trails where our exploration kicks off at 9:20 am.
Experience a unique opportunity to savor breathtaking landscapes within just a few hours of hiking. Our trek commences with a gentle walk through a majestic tall Lenga forest, embracing the peace and beauty of the natural surroundings. As we progress, the path becomes more demanding with steep slopes, but the effort is justified as, after an hour of trekking, we emerge from the tree line to a stunning view of Ushuaia Bay.
We will cover a total of 6 kilometers with a positive elevation gain of 550 meters, offering a challenging experience filled with panoramic vistas. By 11:30 am, we will reach the summit, where the views of Cerro Portillo, Monte Olivia, the Beagle Channel, and its islands await. Additionally, this area is a common sighting spot for condors, majestic birds that soar above the region.
