Descripción del Tour:

At approximately 8:30 a.m., we will set off from your hotel by minibus, heading towards the Tierra Mayor Valley, which is situated around 20 km from the city. At the trailhead, you'll find the shelter where, after gearing up with crampons or snowshoes, we embark on a journey across expansive snow-covered valleys, frozen streams, and ancient lengas and Coihues forests. Additionally, there's always a chance to spot foxes, condors, and beavers along the way.

After nearly 2 hours of trekking, we will arrive at our destination: the Emerald Lagoon. This breathtaking landscape is one of the most stunning in the area, offering a well-deserved reward for your efforts.

Nestled in the heart of the Tierra del Fuego Natural and Landscape Reserve, the lagoon, with its vibrant waters and strategic location surrounded by glaciers and the mountains of the Fuegian range, invites us to pause, relax, and capture unforgettable photos. It also serves as the perfect spot to enjoy our lunch.

Once revitalized, we will begin the return trek to the refuge via a different route than the one we took to arrive.

Finally, after another 2 hours of hiking, we will board the minibus once more to head back to Ushuaia.
