Upon arriving at the Estancia, you will be warmly greeted and offered a refreshing drink.
We will explore the 300 hectares of the estancia on horseback, in a sulky, or on foot, immersing ourselves in the stunning natural landscapes and observing livestock activities. A sulky is a charming two-wheeled carriage pulled by a horse, perfect for leisurely countryside excursions. You will have the opportunity to engage in rural tasks such as milking, herding, and vaccinating cattle, depending on the day’s schedule. For bird enthusiasts, binoculars and illustrated guides are available to help identify the local fauna.
Come lunchtime, an Argentine barbecue will be prepared for us in the dining room beside a grand fireplace or outside under the shade of the Ombú tree. Relish the world-renowned Argentine meats paired with local wines and a selection of international and traditional Creole dishes.
During the afternoon, you can unwind by the swimming pool with solarium, play ping-pong, billiards, foosball, or join in soccer and volleyball matches. Alternatively, choose a bike ride or visit the nearby town of San Antonio de Areco, famed for its museums, silversmith workshops, and artisans who preserve the gaucho heritage.
