As the tour begins, we will explore the San Telmo market, a historic building inaugurated in 1897 to cater to the influx of immigrants at that time. Today, it features a mix of stalls selling meat, vegetables, and other groceries, alongside vendors offering local and international culinary delights. Our journey continues along Defensa Street, right in the heart of San Telmo, leading us to Plaza Dorrego.
