Descripción del Tour:

The adventure kicks off bright and early as we pick you up from your hotel in El Calafate to journey towards the Los Glaciares National Park, located 80 km away.
An hour into our trip, we’ll arrive at the National Park and head to the pier at port "Bajo las Sombras". Here, we’ll board a boat for a 20-minute cruise across the Rico arm of Lago Argentino, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the Perito Moreno Glacier’s front wall.
As we reach the opposite shore, our bilingual mountain guides will be there to greet us. They will lead us to a small refuge where you'll receive a briefing on the experience ahead, including details on the trek and important safety guidelines.

We will then proceed on a stroll to the glacier access point. Upon arrival, the guides will provide each of us with crampons to attach to our shoes, making it easier to traverse the ice.
With everyone prepared, we will embark on our glacier hike. The initial segment offers a stunning perspective of the vast ice expanse.
Throughout the 4-hour trek, the guides will share insights about the local flora, fauna, and the general glaciology of the area. You'll also learn about the unique phenomenon causing the Perito Moreno Glacier to occasionally rupture.
Midway through the trek, we’ll pause in a sheltered spot for a lunch break on the ice. This is a great opportunity to rest and recharge for the latter part of the excursion, which will include viewing the stunning blue lagoons formed within the glacier and visiting viewpoints offering panoramic vistas of the National Park.
Once back on solid ground, we’ll begin our descent to the port to board the boat for our return journey.
During this segment of the excursion, you’ll have free time to explore the walkways in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier and visit the balconies that offer remarkable views. It’s the perfect spot to capture unforgettable photos!
In the afternoon, we’ll board the bus to return to your hotels in El Calafate.
