The tour kicks off at 7:30 AM with the collection of passengers from their hotels in downtown Calafate. We will embark on a journey of approximately 45 km along a route that guides us through the rural landscape, offering views of charming wooden houses.

Upon reaching Puerto de Punta Bandera at Lago Argentino, we will board a contemporary and comfortable boat, setting sail from the port to initiate our voyage. As we navigate through majestic icebergs, the journey continues along the northern arm of Lake Argentino, bringing us to the boundary for navigation in the Upsala Channel, where we will enjoy a panoramic view of the glacier's face bearing the same name. Our exploration proceeds through the Canal Cristina up to the Costumbrista Museum, set in a former shearing shed, where we will delve into the history of the Estancia.

Following this, 4x4 vehicles will be ready to take us on a 9.5 km journey through Cordón Feruglio, along a mountainous path, which was once concealed beneath glaciers. Throughout this drive, we will relish the sight of landscapes with significant geological appeal, ultimately arriving at the Continental Ice Shelter.

From here, we embark on a 20-minute walk to the Uppsala Viewpoint, situated at 550 meters above sea level. This vantage point offers breathtaking views of Lake Guillermo, the awe-inspiring Eastern front of the Upsala Glacier, the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, and the Murallón and Don Bosco Hills.
