Your journey begins early with hotel pick-up in El Calafate, traveling along the renowned Route 40 to northern Santa Cruz. En route, a stop is made at the historic Parador La Leona, perfect for a break and to soak in the Patagonian scenery.


🚢 Navigation on Lake Viedma

The navigation kicks off at Puerto Bahía Túnel, situated 18 km from El Chaltén. As we set sail southward, we stay close to the shoreline to capture exceptional views of the majestic Huemul Massif.

After about 40 minutes of sailing, we reach Cape Horn Bay. Here, we disembark for a gentle trek to a scenic viewpoint on the Cape Horn Peninsula. From this vantage point, enjoy breathtaking views of Iceberg Bay, where icebergs drift by, having broken off from the glacier.
