To kick off the day’s activities, we will make our way to Los Glaciares National Park. Upon arrival at the glacier, our journey begins at the main balcony, followed by a leisurely walk along the walkways. You can explore these paths at your own pace until the pre-arranged meeting time with the guide. The walkways feature various viewpoints that provide stunning views of the glacier, allowing you to fully appreciate this awe-inspiring natural wonder.
For lunch, the Park offers a service area equipped with a restaurant and a snack bar.
Next, we will embark on a one-hour cruise across Lago Rico, where you can admire the icebergs that have drifted from the ice walls of the Perito Moreno glacier.
As we reach the southern edge of the Canal de los Témpanos, the boat maintains a safe distance from the glacier wall, enabling us to travel its full length. This provides a unique opportunity to witness the majestic walls of the Perito Moreno glacier and observe its constant calving into the waters of Lake Rico from a completely different perspective.
