Somos una pareja de jubilados y esta fue nuestra primera salida internacional en familia. La Promo Aventura Viedma nos pareció redonda por el precio: incluyó los traslados desde Calafate hasta El Chaltén y una jornada inolvidable frente al glaciar Viedma. El lago azul, con los témpanos flotando y las montañas reflejadas, nos dejó sin palabras. Durante la navegación vimos un cóndor planeando muy cerca y paramos a tomar mate con vistas increíbles. Todo estuvo bien coordinado y los guías fueron atentos. Por lo que cuesta, fue una experiencia completísima.

Traveling as a retired couple, we loved how relaxed this Viedma adventure felt in the low season. Our group had only eight people, so the guide could answer questions and keep the pace comfortable; everyone chatted easily without feeling crowded. The minibus from Calafate was clean and pleasantly roomy, with working seat belts and a small cooler for water. We especially appreciated the short coffee stop near El Chaltén and the smooth ride back after the outing.

Reservei a Promoção Viedma Adventure para meu primeiro mochilão internacional e fiquei tranquilo desde o contato inicial. A equipe respondeu pelo WhatsApp em português e ajustou o embarque para perto da minha hospedagem em El Chaltén. A van tinha bancos reclináveis, espaço para mochila e fez uma parada rápida; viagem confortável até Calafate.

Unser erstes internationales Abenteuer mit meiner Teenie-Tochter hätte kaum entspannter laufen können. Die Abholung in El Calafate kam tatsächlich fünf Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit – in Argentinien offenbar auch möglich! Der Fahrer erklärte jeden Stopp geduldig und brachte uns pünktlich zum Viedma-Abenteuer. Der Kleinbus war sauber, bequem und hatte überraschend viel Beinfreiheit; sogar Wasser und eine kleine Decke lagen bereit. Die Rückfahrt war ebenso reibungslos, obwohl wir völlig müde und glücklich waren. Für uns als Familie eine wunderbar organisierte Tour ohne Stress.

J’ai réservé l’excursion via Best Argentina Tours : réponses rapides, conseils clairs sur les vêtements et confirmation précise du transfert depuis El Calafate. Nous étions seulement six, avec une ambiance détendue. Sur le Viedma, le guide a partagé du maté au bord du lac avant la marche. Organisation nickel, aventure vraiment mémorable.
