Around 10:30 AM, our knowledgeable guide will arrive at our hotel, ready to embark on our journey to the renowned regions of Luján de Cuyo and Maipú, celebrated for their historic winemaking legacy.
Our itinerary includes visits to three carefully chosen wineries, renowned for the excellence of their wines and esteemed reputation, allowing us to delve into the fascinating world of oenology with insights from our expert guide.
We will explore various facets of wine production, from planting, irrigation, and cultivation to harvesting and the winemaking process. Additionally, we'll learn the etiquette for serving wine at social events and master the art of being a gracious host.
At each selected winery, we will not only tour their vineyards and facilities but also savor specially curated wines. Mendoza is famed as a gourmet hotspot, renowned for its exemplary gastronomy that pairs perfectly with its world-renowned wines. The local cuisine is a blend of traditional recipes and innovative culinary techniques, and we will indulge in a 3-course lunch at one of the wineries.
