Throughout the day, three significant wineries in the vicinity are visited, which include esteemed names like Trapiche and Trivento (subject to availability), associated with the Zuccardi family. Each winery offers a detailed tour of the winemaking process, from vineyard management to aging and bottling, ending with tastings that highlight the variety of styles and grape varieties.
The adventure proceeds with a visit to the Zuelo olive grove, where you will uncover the world of olive oil and its regional production, complementing the wine-related experience with another of Mendoza's signature products.
