The stunning Peninsula Valdés has earned its status as a World Heritage Site due to its remarkable wildlife diversity, featuring everything from majestic whales and orcas to seals, elephant seals, and a variety of birds that grace its expansive beaches.
This full-day excursion includes the expertise of a professional guide and is conducted as a private tour. The adventure begins at the Carlos Ameghino Isthmus Interpretation Center, where you'll gain insightful knowledge about the peninsula's fauna, flora, and geology.
You'll also have the chance to admire the breathtaking views from Nuevo Golfo, San José, and Isla de Pájaros.
The next stop is Puerto Pirámides, where, depending on the season, you can opt for whale watching or a nautical walk with snorkeling (both optional).
As the journey continues, based on the season, weather, or tides, we may visit in various orders or combine stops at Caleta Valdés, Punta Cantor, and Punta Norte for sightings of elephants and sea lions.
Observing land orcas is possible from Punta Norte, with increased chances from March to May, and occasionally during September through November at Caleta Valdés.
The tour is expected to return to the city by approximately 6:30/7:00 p.m.
