Descripción del Tour:

Our adventure kicks off bright and early as we pick you up from your accommodation in the heart of the city.
Our first destination is Punta Tombo, home to the world's largest continental colony of Magellanic penguins. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to observe these charming creatures in their natural environment and stroll alongside them. Besides penguins, the reserve hosts a rich variety of wildlife, such as guanacos, piches, maras, rheas, foxes, seagulls, cormorants, and skuas.
After spending some time amidst the wildlife, following the safety guidelines provided by our guide, we proceed to Trelew, where we'll visit Estancia Las Bardas. This spot is renowned for its artisanal Pinot Noir and Syrah wines, along with its vast olive groves.
We start our exploration at the olive groves, where we will learn about the cultivation process and production of olives and olive oil, covering every step from planting to pressing, preserving, and labeling.
Following that, we proceed to the winery to delve into the art of winemaking. Local experts will guide us through the various stages of production, from grape harvesting to bottling, including the fermentation process and barrel aging.
To wrap up our visit, we'll indulge in a brief wine tasting session, complemented by local products and regional delicacies. Our sommelier will provide insights into the fusion of flavors and textures with the different wine varieties and their ideal serving temperatures.
