In the late morning, you'll be collected from your centrally situated accommodation in Puerto Madryn to embark on a journey to the delightful town of Trelew. Here, Estancia Las Bardas welcomes us with open arms. This vineyard celebrated its inaugural harvest in 2022 and is renowned for its handcrafted Pinot Noir and Syrah wines, as well as its thriving olive groves.

We will explore the olive groves, where you'll learn about the meticulous process of producing olives and olive oil. The entire journey from olive plantation and harvest to the final products ready for sale is revealed, including milling, pressing, preservation, and labeling.

Following the olive grove tour, we proceed to the winery. Here, local winemakers will walk us through the various stages of wine production, from the grape harvest to bottling. We will witness the entire grape development and learn about the comprehensive fermentation process. The winemakers will explain the stages of production and their tools, showcasing the barrels where wines are aged, and share insights into their most popular wines.

After immersing ourselves in the entire production of wine and olive oil, we'll have the delightful opportunity to taste the wines crafted in the vineyard. Concluding the experience with the final product is truly unparalleled.

This wine tasting will be complemented by pairings featuring local products and regional delicacies, perfectly matched with the wines and including samplings of the olive grove products. The sommelier will continuously provide information on the harmonization of flavors and textures with the wine types and temperatures.
