The journey kicks off with a 15 km drive along the left bank of Lacar Lake, leading us to the Chapelco complex, where we can catch a glimpse of the stunning Lanín Volcano.
From the Pil Pil viewpoint, we are treated to breathtaking vistas of the valley and Lacar Lake. Here, we can pause briefly to capture photographs and savor the magnificent landscape.
In the winter months, we have the option to rent equipment for skiing or snowboarding, or we might choose to go snowshoeing. On our return, we'll traverse lands belonging to the Curruhuinca Mapuche community, stopping by the quaint settlement known as White Bridge.
