The journey commences as we skirt the northern edge of Lake Lácar, offering photo opportunities at the Panoramic Viewpoint that showcases breathtaking views of the city.
The route is unique, zigzagging through lush forests and featuring several viewpoints that provide stunning vistas of the mountain range and Lácar Lake.
As you navigate diverse mountainous landscapes such as Cerro Colorado, you'll encounter the remarkable Piedra Trompul, a notable rock formation.
A short distance further, you'll cross the Hua Hum River via a wooden bridge and trek to the Chachín Waterfall, one of the most significant cascades within Lanín National Park. This waterfall is renowned for its setting in the Valdivian jungle, featuring a dramatic 30-meter drop.
