Kayak Tour With Sea Lions

This kayak tour in Puerto Pirámides will take you from Pirámides Beach to the sea lion colony at Punta Pirámides, where sea lions, cormorants, gaviotines, and ostriches bring the impressive cliffs to life. After passing the point, you will be able to observe the geological formation that gave the town of Puerto Pirámides its name.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to admire sea lions and seabirds, while we focus on interpreting the coastal environment in terms of marine life and fossils. The total distance of the tour is 5 kilometers, with an approximate duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The tour includes a refreshment and a snack to keep you fueled and energized. Prior kayaking experience is not necessary as we provide stable and secure kayaks. The navigation does not involve significant technical difficulties and is only carried out under favorable conditions.

The tour is led by a specialized bilingual guide who will accompany you throughout. We also provide waterproof jackets, pants, gloves, and waterproof bags to protect your belongings such as cameras, clothing, and other accessories. All necessary kayak equipment is include, such as cockpit covers, life jackets, and paddles. You will also have a tripod and telescope for wildlife observation.

For a better understanding of the surroundings, we provide maps, nautical charts, and wildlife and bird guides. Additionally, we carry a complete first aid kit, a VHF radio, and have a support vehicle for added safety and convenience.
