Your journey begins with a drive from Salta Capital to Piedra del Molino, ascending to an impressive 3,348 meters above sea level, the peak of Cuesta del Obispo and the highest point in Los Cardones National Park. Upon arrival, you'll gear up as our guide provides a technical briefing to ensure everyone's safety, and then we commence the initial 20 km descent. We will make planned stops for photos, hydration, and to take in the breathtaking scenery.
At the base of the Cuesta, a delightful lunch will be waiting to replenish our energy.
Continuing our mountain biking adventure, we'll cover another 20 km, entering the Quebrada de Escoipe. Here, the dominant reddish rocky slabs contrast beautifully with the ochre hills, gradually transitioning into the lush greenery of the Lerma Valley. Our tour concludes at the historic metal bridge known as "Mal Paso," completing a total of 40 km of descent.
Once we have stored the equipment and bicycles, we will begin the return journey by vehicle to Salta Capital, dropping you off at your accommodation or designated meeting point, around 6:00 p.m.
