Hiking to El Chorrillo Waterfall from La Cumbrecita
The trek to El Chorrillo Waterfall starts in La Cumbrecita, specifically at Schönau, also known as La Pampita, situated at an elevation of 1,420 meters. From this point, the trail heads south, leading into a pine forest that lines the Las Mojarras stream, offering a tranquil and natural atmosphere.
As you continue along the hiking path, the scenery transitions into expansive high-altitude pampas with sweeping views of the mountain ranges. Crossing the stream once more, the gentle sound of the water will accompany you on this peaceful journey.
